Send the exact assignment or rubric from your classroom and a custom sample written to it lands in 24 to 48 hours, the first one free. GB710 is Purdue Global’s Contemporary Challenges in Business course. It centers on turning a current business problem into a question the published record has not yet settled, and judging evidence that arrived faster than the research. What GB710 is really about
This course has an obvious trap and most sections are built to expose it. Contemporary issues are interesting to write about and easy to write badly, because the material is abundant, opinionated and mostly not research. A paper can be assembled entirely from commentary about automation, supply disruption, hybrid work or the cost of capital without one claim in it that anybody tested. The doctoral requirement runs the other way. An issue becomes usable when a writer can say what is actually established, what is contested among people who study it, and what is being asserted confidently by parties with an interest in the answer. That sorting takes most of the early units.
The second half is about time. Fast-moving subjects punish two habits at once. Writing only from recent sources leaves an argument with no foundation, since the underlying mechanism is usually decades old and well studied under a different name. Writing only from established literature leaves it describing a condition that no longer exists. Doctoral work is expected to hold both, using an older body of theory to explain why the current thing behaves as it does and current evidence to show that it does. Sections generally add one more demand, which is separating a cycle from a change, because much of what gets called disruption is a swing that has happened before under other conditions.
What GB710’s assessments ask for
Coursework generally circles one issue while changing the lens on it. Opening units often want a brief separating what is documented from what is asserted, with the interest behind each claim named. Middle units typically require an appraisal of evidence quality on a subject where the best available sources are industry reports, which is a genuinely different exercise from appraising a study. A comparison across firms, sectors or countries facing the same pressure with different results turns up in many sections. Later units usually build an integrative review and a problem statement that could survive into a doctoral project. Board threads frequently test whether something a classmate calls new has happened before.
Where students lose points in GB710
The largest loss goes to a survey of opinions, a paper reporting what commentators say about an issue and never establishing anything about the issue itself. Second is theory used decoratively, named in an early paragraph and absent from the analysis that follows it. Third is a trend claimed from two years of movement, where nothing considers whether the same pattern appeared before and reversed. Marks additionally go for vendor and consultancy material cited without its interest disclosed, for a problem statement that is really a complaint, for recommendations aimed at everybody rather than at an identified actor, and for a reference list drawn entirely from the last eighteen months.

Using a GB710 sample the right way
Sort a sample's sentences into two piles, claims somebody tested and claims somebody asserted. The ratio tells you what kind of paper it is before you reach the argument at all. Then find where an older body of theory does actual work, explaining why the current situation behaves as it does rather than decorating the opening. Check whether the writer names who benefits from each contested claim. Notice whether anything in the piece could turn out to be wrong, since a paper with no falsifiable claim in it has only summarized. Anything your section published for the unit can become a purpose-built model at no cost the first time, back inside two days.
How these samples are written

GB710 questions, answered
How do I use consultancy and industry reports responsibly?
Cite them for what they are: evidence about what practitioners are doing and about what a firm with an interest wants believed. Say who produced the report, who paid for it and how the data was gathered, then treat the finding as a claim rather than a result. Used that way they are valuable, particularly where research has not caught up. Used as though refereed, they cost marks immediately.
Can I write about the same issue in every unit?
Usually yes, and most sections prefer it, because the units approach one subject from different angles and the final piece assumes accumulated reading. Check the brief before committing. Where a section wants breadth early, keep a running file on your main issue anyway, since later assignments reward depth that cannot be built in a single week.
What makes an issue too broad for this course?
If you cannot name the actor who would do something differently, it is too broad. Artificial intelligence in business is a subject; whether mid-size logistics firms retain planners after adopting forecasting tools is a question. The narrower version has a literature you can actually read to the edge of, which is exactly what the later units require you to do.
